We’re laying the groundwork for Art Project Roanoke, a non-profit community hub where creativity will thrive and neighbors will connect.
Our vision:
Downstairs: Classes, events, gallery shows, and retail — a place to gather and showcase talent.
Upstairs: Dedicated studios where artists work, collaborate, and build a thriving community of makers.
A place for making, meeting and meaning
Right now, our space is simple but functional — and full of possibility. We’ve already hosted a few creative get-togethers, and the energy has been inspiring.
Looking ahead, we’re envisioning a lively, mixed-use community hub: classes, gallery, and retail space on the first floor, and affordable artist studios upstairs. We’re also collaborating with local designers to refine our aesthetic and bring our early renderings to life. We can’t wait to share updates as Art Project Roanoke continues to evolve — one layer of paint and imagination at a time.
